This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, how it may be shared, how long we keep it, and how you can request access, correction or deletion. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the relevant service.

1. Who we are

“Zenvora”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Zenvora service and the team operating thezenvora.in and its related products, including Zenibot at zeniboat.thezenvora.in. For privacy requests, contact .

3. How we use information

We process information as needed to:

4. Meta and WhatsApp data

If a workspace administrator connects a Meta/WhatsApp Business account, that administrator authorizes the permissions shown in Meta’s consent experience. We process the resulting business and messaging information only to provide and maintain the features the workspace requests, subject to this policy and applicable Meta/WhatsApp terms. Meta independently processes information under its own policies and terms.

Workspace customers decide which contacts to import and which messages to send. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and the required notices, permissions and opt-in to contact those people. Customers must promptly honor opt-out requests and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, including template rules for business-initiated conversations and the applicable customer-service window.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with: (a) Meta/WhatsApp when you authorize and use their services; (b) hosting, infrastructure, database, security, email, payment, support and other service providers that help us operate Zenibot; (c) your own workspace administrators and team members according to the permissions set in the product; and (d) authorities or other parties where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. Service providers are permitted to process information for their assigned service and subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and information, including access controls and server-side handling of connection credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain workspace and message history, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security and preserve required billing or transaction records. Retention may vary by data type, workspace settings, legal requirements and technical backup cycles.

When a verified deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize the applicable information within a reasonable period, subject to data that must be retained for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until the normal backup cycle expires.

To request deletion, follow the instructions at Data Deletion Instructions or email hi@zenvora.in.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or raise a concern about our processing. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Workspace users who are not administrators may need to contact their workspace administrator for records controlled by that workspace. You may also revoke a Meta connection through available Meta account/business settings; revocation may stop future API access but may not automatically delete records already stored in Zenibot, so submit a separate deletion request if required.

9. Cookies and technical logs

Our services may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, authentication, security, preferences and product functionality. We may maintain access and diagnostic logs to operate the platform, investigate errors and protect against misuse. Browser controls can manage cookies, but disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in or service functionality.

10. International processing

Our hosting and service providers may process information in the locations where they operate. Where cross-border processing occurs, we take steps intended to handle information in accordance with applicable legal requirements and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.

11. Children

Zenibot is a business messaging platform and is not designed for use by children. Workspace administrators should not knowingly submit children’s personal information unless they have the authority and a lawful basis to do so.

12. Policy changes

We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal obligations change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
